These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dkwi platform and all its services. By accessing the dkwi website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using this platform.
dkwi is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket, football, slot games, live casino, and many other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

Account Registration

- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

- dkwi may request necessary documents at any time to verify your identity.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential.
- Any breach of account security must be reported to our support team immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification
dkwi conducts identity verification for every account to maintain a safe and transparent environment. A copy of a national identity card or passport, along with other relevant documents, may be requested. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.
The identity verification process is conducted to ensure user safety and the integrity of the platform.
Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use any service on dkwi. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
- Any account belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
- It is the full responsibility of parents and guardians to keep minors away from gaming activities.
- Providing a false age may result in account cancellation as well as legal action.
- You must use this platform from a location where it is legal to do so.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dkwi are conducted through a secure and transparent process. The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:
4.1 Deposits
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, Islami, and BRAC Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
- The time for the balance to appear in your account after a successful deposit may vary depending on the method.
- Depositing in a third party's name or from another person's account is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- The account requesting a withdrawal must be fully verified.
- Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.
If financial fraud or illegal activity is suspected, dkwi reserves the right to keep any transaction under investigation and suspend it if necessary.
Bonuses & Promotions
dkwi regularly offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each offer is governed by specific conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions. See the relevant promotions page for details.
- Bonuses are provided for genuine play only — attempting to withdraw immediately after claiming a bonus may result in an account review.
- Activating another bonus while one is already in use is generally not possible.
- Bonuses will be cancelled in the event of any fraudulent activity.
Betting Rules
dkwi offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting activity is governed by the following rules:
6.1 Bet Acceptance
- A bet is not considered final until system confirmation is complete after it has been placed.
- dkwi reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted due to a technical error.
- Odds are subject to change at all times. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
- Attempting to exploit bonuses or odds by using multiple accounts.
- Using software or automated systems to conduct betting activity.
- Placing bets with the intention of exploiting incorrect odds or system errors.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure & Suspension

- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Failure to provide information required for identity verification.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Intellectual Property
All content published on the dkwi platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dkwi.

Limitation of Liability
